After finishing up high school sports, I picked up weight lifting as a way to stay active in college. As college graduation neared, I competed in my first sprint triathlon to check it off my bucket list. I immediately started signing up for more races. Fast forward 6 years, I have competed in events from a 1-mile running race to Ironman distance triathlons and everything in between. Along the way, I have enjoyed experimenting with and researching different approaches to training trying to balance endurance and strength goals. Training has had such a positive impact on my life so I started writing training plans for friends and family to help them have these same experiences. What began as a personal pursuit has turned into a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals.

What started with a few easy runs per week during COVID, snowballed into a passion I still can’t believe is my own. After graduating college in 2019, and finishing a collegiate soccer career I thought I would never do any sort of training other than traditional strength training in the gym. Over the past five years, I’ve completed road races, ultramarathons, and triathlons whilst being there for family and friends, working a full-time job, and maintaining performance in the gym. I believe results are earned through enjoying the process, consistency, curiosity, and focus. I can attest through failure and success that what works for me, might not work for you, but I believe that we can help you refine what works for you so that you can achieve awesome results too.
